Predoctoral contract opportunity in Herbicide metabolism in weeds

We are pleased to announce that our group at Public Unversity of Navarre (https://www.unavarra.es/plant-physiology-group/research-lines?languageId=1) is recruiting for a predoctoral contract through the Iberus Interdoc programme, supported by the Horizon Europe MSCA-COFUND initiative (https://www.iberusinterdoc.com).
What’s offered
This prestigious pre-doctoral opportunity offers a 4-year full-time contract (37.5 h/week) with a competitive gross salary of ~€33 600/year (rising to €35 400 for researchers with family), plus a €28 800 research allowance over the contract duration. Benefits include Spanish public health coverage, 22 vacation days/year + 6 personal days, family leave, and post-contract unemployment support. Selected candidates also become part of the Iberus Connect PhD network, receiving mentorship and access to community-building activities

Eligibility
- Early-Stage Researchers (no PhD, <4 years research experience)
- Degree granting access to PhD programmes
- Must comply with MSCA mobility rule: not have resided in Spain >12 months in the last 3 years
