Dear Colleague,
I am very pleased to learn that you have decided to join the European Weed
Research Society. On behalf of the President, we welcome you to its growing
ranks.
How active and how successful the Society will become
depends to a very great extent on its members. I hope you will feel free to
make suggestions at any time and that you will wish to participate actively
in the affairs of the Society.
Membership
We offer you to become member in this current calendar year. Following your
internet registration you will receive a welcome letter by mail, including
the Society's constitution, and payment instructions. After receipt of the
payment at the EWRS account your membership and subscription to our journal
Weed Research will be activated.
In case you want your membership to begin per January 1st of the following
calendar year, an Invoice will be sent to you in January of the following
year. Your membership and Weed Research subscription will be activated per
January 1st of the following calendar year.

Journal Weed Research
The membership includes subscription to our journal Weed
Research. A new membership in the current year includes the delivery of all
Weed Research volumes of the current year.
NB: A condition of the membership is that the copies of the Journal Weed
Research sent to you as an Ordinary Member are for your personal use only.
Online Weed Research
Access to the online version of our Journal Weed Research is also part of
the subscription. Online journals have many enhanced features, including
references linked to the source papers' abstracts; additional data, material
and colour not printed in the paper journal; expandable tables, interactive
figures, etc.
Newsletter
The EWRS Newsletter (ca. 4 publications per year) will be sent to you
according to the next publication date. The Society's Constitution and the
Membership List are sent to you by separate post mail.
