• Call for papers
• Pre-registration form
• Additional information on site, travel, etc.
15th September 2008
• Deadline for pre-registration and provisional abstracts submission
(on-line only, through the web site)
15th November 2008
• Third Circular containing:
• Final Scientific Programme
• Detailed information on venue, accommodation, travel, presentation
facilities, etc.
• Provisional list of participants
15th December 2008
• Deadline for payment of workshop fee
15th January 2009
• Deadline for submission of final abstracts and optional full papers
for the Proceedings
