Accomodations and meals
|
Participants in the workshop will have lunch at the Campus restaurant.
Accommodations will be in Zaragoza, and a list of recommended hotels in
the city centre will be provided. The central location of the hotels
will facilitate meeting after the official programme. We hope that
informal discussions will continue while enjoying some ‘tapas’ in many
of the bars of the old city.
Further details about accommodations will be given in subsequent
circulars. The estimated cost of the registration will be approximately
150 €. Non-EWRS members will be charged an extra fee corresponding to a
year membership-fee (55 € in 2008). The registration fee will cover the
costs for the meeting’s booklet, facilities, excursion, lunches (Monday
to Wednesday) and dinner on Tuesday, following the excursion.
