CHARGES FOR ADVERTISING MATERIAL IN THE NEWSLETTER

Advertisements
The rate for an advertisement in all four editions of a year is € 375,00 /
year / page. Reductions can be negotiated with the Newsletter editor for
half page adverts. Maximum 4 pages of adverts in each issue. Members adverts
are published for free (at the discretion of the Newsletter editor).

Brochures / Flyers
The size of the brochure must be A5 with a maximum size of two sheets A4
paper, 80 g each. Inclusion of extra material into the Newsletter package
will lead to extra handling costs at the printing office, and increased
postage charge, amounting to € 400,00 for inclusion of an A5 sized brochure.

Society members and related Societies
Individual members and related Societies will be charged for the extra
handling and postage costs related to inclusion of their brochure/flyer into
the EWRS Newsletter mailings and will therefore pay € 400,00.

Non-EWRS related persons / companies / organisations
Non-EWRS related organisations and persons will be charged for the extra
handling and postage costs related to inclusion of their brochure/flyer (€
400, 00) and will be charged an extra € 200,00 service costs. They will
therefore pay a total amount of € 600, 00 for inclusion of their
brochure/flyer into the EWRS Newsletter mailings.

Brochure printing
Brochures can be printed locally in The Netherlands. We need to receive an
electronic PDF-file for this purpose. The extra printing costs will be added
to the prices mentioned above, resp. € 400,00 and € 600,00 for EWRS members
and related Societies, and non-related persons and organisations. |
